Ballet and fitness have complimented each other throughout my entire life. Growing up if I wasn't in the studio in my tights I was playing sport with my friends. It is this passion for a healthy lifestyle that I now want to use to inspire other people to surpass their own expectations of what they can achieve. Through hard work and determination I was able to tour the UK with Matthew Bourne's New Adventures company and dance for 6 years as a soloist for Ballet Hagen in Germany. Since gaining my level 3 in personal training and becoming a faster Advanced Functional Trainer I have combined my passions of fitness and dance and taken my own training to the next level.
